WHAT TO EXPECT
When you visit for the first time, Hearing Aid Express will begin by offering you a free hearing test and consultation. Their hearing professionals will then review the test and, if needed, options to help you hear better. They offer more than 70 products in three price ranges by major hearing aid manufacturers. They are sure to have one that is right for you.
Once you purchase a hearing aid from Hearing Aid Express, the company continues to provide top-notch service, adjustments and cleanings for your instruments. We also sell batteries for .50 cents each.
Hearing Aid Express is also an authorized provider for the Texas STAP program. All hearing impaired residents in Texas are eligible for a free amplified phone through the program at no cost. The program limits one phone per household every five years. Call them to find out how they can help you get this benefit.
Hearing Aid Express accepts Blue Cross, Blue Shield insurance, Medicaid and major credit cards as payment. Financing is also available.
HISTORY
Hearing Aid Express was created as a concept in Dallas in May of 1989 as a result of the an idea of Mr. A.W. McGinnes, who has since retired. Hearing Aid Express was immediately a hit, requiring the original 800 square-foot office to be moved to a larger location in just eight months. In 1991 Mark Brumback purchased the rights to the Hearing Aid Express name, and is the company’s President and CEO.
